Born and raised in Lake Como, Italy, now West London based manicurist Chiara Ballisai has over 7 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry.

Her early passion for beauty led her to study makeup at Theater Academy La Scala Milan, where she learned both special effects makeup and hair. Her transition into nail art came after her relocation to London where she began working with A-List clients such as Rita Ora, Tom Jones and Jourdan Dunn.

Chiara’s work can be seen across London Fashion Week’s many runways for brands such as Temperly, Alexa Chung and JW Anderson, as well as Milan Fashion Week for Fendi, Etro, Helen Anthony & Roberta Einer to name a few.

Her extensive editorial work includes Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel, i-D Magazine, and Nylon. Chiara’s current list of loyal clientele includes Reje Jean Page, Camila Cabello, Ashley Graham, Jourdan Dunn, Travis Scott, Naomi Jackie and Imaan Hammam.
