Tay Rivera, a Puerto Rican/American makeup artist hailing from Chicago and NYC, has navigated a two-decade career marked by significant achievements. Beginning at MAC Cosmetics in Chicago, Tay's journey led him to MAC Pro in NYC, which helped him thrive in backstage roles at NYC Fashion Week and major fashion events.
