Timothy Chernyaev began his career in styling as an intern at Women's Wear Daily, before training under the fashion editors of W Magazine and Vogue Russia.

After working in Conde Nast Russia's fashion editorial department in New York, Timothy moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in costume design. He trained under Los Angeles' most prestigious music stylists, contributing his fashion expertise to projects with Beyonce, Madonna, Rihanna, and Katy Perry.

His work with Ariana Grande has led to projects with T-Mobile and Brookstone, as well as appearances for Mac Cosmetics, Jimmy Fallon and the Ellen DeGeneres show. Timothy’s directorial approach has garnered press from US and Italian editions of Vogue, Allure, Cosmopolitan, and The Telegraph. He is motivated by new artists and actors, styling videos for rising acts like Chloe and Halle and The 1975.
